allright i admit it I was tired and i caved and cashed in the 500 goodiepoints the spinner landed on. rather the 20 or 25 points also. But to contiue this. How many people have spin 1 point.

I'm not so much into goodie points so I tend to let them built up. Then every once in a while I spend a couple of hours virtual shopping for my friends to use up the points. It's kind of like shopping without money, fun.

well...I would rather have the 20 or 25 points. But Spark Goodie points are better than landing on 2 (which seems to happen often for me) and as good as landing on 3 (also seems to happen often).

usually when I win goodie points, I spend every one that I win on my Spark friends who need a boost or deserve a reward for their accomplishments

I'm kinda with you on the sparkgoodie points, afterall there are plenty of other ways of congratulating others without giving a spark goodie.

I'd rather get 20 or 25 points for myself rather than get any number of sparkgoodie points!

Using the goodies to give to someone else might make a HUGE difference to THEIR day - they may have been really down, and this could be a real pick-me-up that they need. Or it might be to congratulate them for a job well done with something.

Either way, it isn't a waste - it is about us supporting others :-)

So give them away ... Use your goodie points to buy goodies for other people. By giving these gifts, you express your support for the other members of the site.

When you give someone a goodie and write a little note of support, you brighten their day. And it might just be the little boost they need to keep going -- to stay on track -- to not give up.

So yes ... by all means ... give them away with joy.

and thats fine. I am just saying that Its a waste to me,and would give those 50 goodie points or blank goodie points to people who want them. That way its benefiting others and not being wasted.

I think it can make things fun. I don't think weight loss has to be all business. Sometimes it's fun to make it a game as well. Somedays I don't really care about the points, but I have some days where I try to get as many as I can. Those days are usually where I'm bored and it's slow at work.

Is it wrong to fight time, to turn it back or push it forward? Time was never mine.

Me: I love this site ,and it has helped me and my wife greatly with our weight loss. But if their is one thing I absolutely hate is what you see up top. I know their are people who think this is best . but really for me I find it a absolute waste. I would gladly give away for others to use if i could.
