So today I did an upper body video with dumbells on the ball.

This is for those of us who hate to work out, but still want to do strength training exercises. How about doing a spark people video a day challenge. There are so many to choose from. Try one a day and tell us which one you did. Yestarday I did a seated core video. Today it was a seated lower body video.
