Thank you, Coach Denise, for the explanation. That makes sense with the time change. I really love working with the SparkPeople program. It keeps it simple and helps me stay on track and progressing with my goals. Pat

Unfortunately, there was a system issue related to Sunday morning's time change that caused some Spark tracking data to be overwritten, which sounds like what may have happened for you. I'm sorry to say that there is nothing we can do to recover that data for you.

I apologize for the error and inconvenience, but it should have only happened for your workout from yesterday morning.

Today, I waiting until I completed my usual exercise routine and weight lifting class before downloading my Spark Activity Tracker. So far today, the fitness recorded looks accurate. I checked back on yesterday's activity and the error is still there. I thought the system would recalibrate; but, didn't see that happened. I hope this was a one time "fluke." I didn't do anything out of the ordinary yesterday, the system just "swallowed" my morning workout. The steps were there in the a.m. and gone by the afternoon. Very strange. Have you heard anyone else mention this yesterday? Thanks so much for checking with me about this.

Is this still an issue for you?

I downloaded my spark activity tracker steps, mileage, and calories this morning to the fitness link; but, this afternoon when I returned to update my nutrition tracker, I noticed that my morning workout was deleted! Anybody know what happened today? This is the first time this has happened....
