Thanks Jen! I will do that. I like it. I just did leslie sansone's upper body workout. I also burned 251 calories for the week, my goal was 240. Is that good? lol I am so new to this stuff. lol

You'll want to leave at least one day of rest in between strength exercises for the same muscle groups. So you wouldn't want to do that video daily. In general, I recommend cardio exercise 3-5 times a week and a full body strength program 2-3 times a week. As long as the exercises are challenging, you're on the right track.

should you do this or work out everyday? I started this yesterday and really liked it. I know there is a schedule on it, but can anyone recomend any other type of workout schedule? I also have Leslie Sansone that has walking along with some toning. Thanks
