Yes. Im not really a picky eater so theres not much I dont like. Cottage cheese - not for me. My energy is coming up - I think the fatigue was from a cold i had. Truly this is the easiest site ive ever used - and Ive used quite a few.

You will work your way up to eating what is on the plan. When you hit maintenance, you may even eat more, so you stop losing weight. Right now you are dealing with the volume of the food. Amazing how much food you can eat when the foods are less calorically dense.

When you are actually consuming enough food ( in range ), you will have more energy.

I hear you. I'm not following the spark meal plans, but the amount of food is definitely more than I expected it would be. Mainly because once I get the fruit, vegetables, and water in, I'm too full for anything else. :-)

No water weight loss for me though...I didn't have a problem drinking water before so the sodium content wasn't a huge issue.

I love the meal plans. I mix and match them depending on what i have on hand. I read some of them and think oh that sounds disgusting but I have to say - there hasnt been one inedible meal yet - except for the cottage cheese and egg whites. Im not a cottage cheese fan. I never had a salad with strawberries in it just because it didnt sound right to me. Since I tried it last week, Ive had it at least three times.

so i held back from weighing myself again until yesterday. Im still down those three pounds! My gym finally opened yesterday and i went and i loved it!! I am on my way!!!! woo hoo!!

Did you just start with SP? Welcome and congratulations!

You may have just lost some water weight due to the meal plan being less sodium than you had been eating. But that's OK and it's wonderful encouragement to continue. Keep up the good work.
