I've never tried the Atkins diet. I guess you could do it since you track food and calories. I would find a consistent day and time to weigh yourself.

I have had so much success on the atkins diet. It trully did work for me. I definitely did get tired of the menu. Has anyone incorporated that into this spark website? How many times should i weigh myself? and what time of the day should it be done....thank you!!
