Hello Everyone, I have done this many times ,but never trully committed,untill my heart stopped for 30 sec. after a hearth cath. I had already had a quadruple by pass,they found my artieres are good, I have what they call plumanary hpertenison. I also have pad on my left leg I am doing much better,and even better when I get the leg by pass, my pup needs to walk too.lol Trying to keep this light. Here is my problem I need to be on a no salt,low carb diabetic diet.The diet spark people have given me is gd for diabeties but not the other .How many grams =an ounce to a carb etc.Thank all of you for helping Joann
