Thanks, i have found that if i just take it one day at a time and only focus on that day i will be their in no time. Realy appreciate you words of wisdom :)

Patience, grasshopper. Slow and steady wins the race every time.

I have found that if I rush too fast and if nothing happens, I get discouraged and stop the process. Those of us who have a weight problem cant afford this option. The weight didn't come on overnight and it wont go away over night.

I am so close to a weight i haven't seen in almost 9 yrs,,i'm very nervous and excited all at the same time!!!!! i started my journey at my highest of 296 then dropped to 287 and stayed for some time. now i have been eating healthy and exercising regularly an im down to 274.4. 24 lbs. away from 250..i'm freaking out..i want this so bad and don't want to let it slip away again.......
