Just as long as you stay with in your calorie intake. I would say that not eating too many unhealthy things should be a goal. Good luck with your healthy eating.

I think it is a good idea...lol. I am not an expert but, if it is only 100 calories then, why not? I eat cranberry almond thins which is a cracker with almonds and cranberries in it. It is 100 csalories. whatever works.....lol. Rose
