Some of these will come close:
Greek yogurt with fruit
1/2 turkey sandwich
yogurt fruit smoothie
veggies and hummus
lowfat cottage cheese and fruit
whole wheat crackers and cheese

i'm having trouble meeting all the ranges for snacks.

calories carb fat protein
150-194 19-24 5-6 8-10

any suggestions?
