There are several days where I just don't want to do it. Actually, I'd say that it's every day. Sometimes I get dressed and by then I am excited; some times it doesn't happen until I am done with my workout. And just to be clear, I'm speaking as someone who has been doing exercise for years, exercise that I love - once I get going.

It's not always going to be easy, it's not always fun, but you'll find that as you get consistent you will be happier at the end than you would have been if you had not.

SP works for people who realize that a healthy body is a life decision not a quick fix scheme. And once you've come to realize that its a life change and are committed you'll see results. And the thing to remember is it takes a month to make something a habit so you gotta push through a month of "I dont think this is for me" to get to where you need to be.

Just wanted to say the spark philosphy does work. I had decided last night I was giving up. Didn't care. Today got out of bed and decided I wasn't going to exercise. then decided to exercise and now i'm also back on track with eating. just starting helps.
