I'm dragging today too. Wish I could just wake up. I tried to get my 8 hours in last night, but woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. Now, I could crawl up and go to sleep on my desk.

Yes, I agree. Moving around does help, esp if it can be outside even for a few mintues. Or maybe you are thirsty and need a cup of water.
