You know what, if it works for ya go ahead and go to bed....I will do that as well....but I need to read first.....Why go and read....because I never ever eat in my bedroom so if it is early, I will need to read first.

It's worked well for me, too... sometimes, I think we look around for something to eat when what we really are is fatigued or tired - always far better, if and whenever it's possible, to give in to the need for a nap.

I have to admit, I have napped to avoid binging in the past. It seems to work pretty well for me.
I don't trust myself so I am going to bed. Just made my two sons chocolate chip pancakes for supper . chocolate is defiantly my downfall 1bite can send me on a month long binge. .fighting the chocolate in my mind..... trying to stay strong!
