It sounds like you need to talk to him about how you feel cause you sound frustrated. Better to talk about it then do something you don't want or to let the anger or upset feelings build

I am going to have to try something...thanks for the suggestions, I can only imagine this getting worse when we have kids. I can't not consume my day with having to make different meals for everyone in the family.

My dad was like this growing up. Then as he aged he had to change his eating habits. He was so thin still but began having blood pressure,cholestrol issues.
Anyhow I feel you can't change others. In terms of meals could you make the same main meal but for your fiance have some extras that are quick like rolls, corn on cob,larger portions? He can add juice or milk to meals,have double portions as well.
If he won't eat a main meal the same can you each take turns cooking? Or maybe make quick items such as if you have chicken you can put a steak in for him?

Hello everyone!

I have a quick questions and I am sure I am not the only one with it. I HAVE to start eating right and I find it very difficult to do so when my future hubby can eat everything on a buffet and not gain a pound.

He is a very picky eater and thinks that he will not like any food that I am going to have to make for myself.

How do you guys make meals for two if one doesn't want to eat healthy and wants to eat enough for 3-4 people?
