Try shadow boxing. Great cardio and doesn't require lower body at all! I'm sure there are videos of it online somewhere.

There is actually a chair cardio class at the Life center. It is mostly senior citizens but it is an option.

it's maybe 11 minutes, for a longer workout you could just do the video 2 or 3 times.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was looking more for cardio to get the heart rate up due to high cholesterol.

I think Coach Nicole has a chair video, I don't know if it's cardio or not. You could try googling sitting/chair/wheelchair workouts and see what pops up. Or, just don't worry about cardio. Focus on ST. You could do lots of different upper body and some core work sitting.

Can anyone suggest some cardio exercises that can be done while sitting? Have an injured foot and cannot walk. emoticon
