Tonight is the first time ever! I have looked at family calendar and work schedule and wanted to make sure I got my workouts in. Working out and eating healthy is now a top priority for me. Which is amazing because even though I have lost inches and no pounds I can look in the mirror and tell a difference and to me that is something to celebrate!!!
