I'm just getting started (for real) with SP. My goal for exercise is just that -- just 10 min a day. Yesterday was tough as I was so tired by the end of the day, but forced myself to open a SP video and get my 10 min done. :)
So, yes, I did my 10 min again today.

I don't know if this is the thread I have been posting my 10 minutes of exercise in. I can never seem to find the same thread more than two or three times. I have committed to posting, exercising and logging in my food each day. I got off track a few days last week due to family coming over to my place to watch the Phillies, but I am back on track now. Today, I logged every bite, did 30 minutes of exercise and obviously posted.
