run in place for 2 minutes

run up and down stairs

I've been really slacking lately on my fitness and not really losing weight - just maintaining (though I've successfully lost weight in the past). To work on getting back into it, since I'm off work today and staying at home cleaning and working on school assignments, I'm going to do some physical activity every hour, on the hour. My first activity was at 12PM EST - I did a 3-minute stretching video on SP. I saw there are some beginner work-out videos too, so I will get to those later in the day. If I exhaust the videos I want to do, I'm going to incorporate some sit-ups and push-ups, and going up and down the 5 flights of stairs in my apartment building - ANYTHING to get myself moving and more active.

Anyone wanna join in?? Any suggestions for quick spurts of activities in between doing dishes and writing papers??
