December is a crazy month for me. My short term goals for this month are to be consistent with my exercise (ten minutes a day, minimum) , drink my water, and blog daily.

So, I was a little skeptical when creating my short term goals-I mean really, how big of a difference can that make? How about a HUGE difference! Just knowing that I really am in control in just these little things makes me anxious to tackle larger goals! Have a great day!
