Stress is so difficult! Is there anything you feel that you can control, such as simply drinking a few extra glasses of water, or taking stairs instead of the elevator? Sometimes being able to look back on your day and say "Well, at least I achieved this one thing!" makes it easier to move to the next step. One small thing at a time, and all that. Best of luck. We've all been there, and we're all back there more often than we'd wish.

I have gained so much weight just these last few month's and now instead of losing 40lbs I need to lose 50lbs. I am trying not to be stressed out but, not have a good job and can't pay for car repairs I don't know what to do. I try to force myself to workout and eat the right foods but I think about the bad stuff and I workout walking because I don't have a car so that's the only thing that kinda a plus, only the stress is still there at the end of the day and it doesn't seem that I can get any help to even out the situation at least.
