I'm sorry to hear you are going through a rough patch. When I get overwhelmed, I very often go back to making things simple, and just focus on my FastBreak goals.

Stress is so difficult! Is there anything you feel that you can control, such as simply drinking a few extra glasses of water, or taking stairs instead of the elevator? Sometimes being able to look back on your day and say "Well, at least I achieved this one thing!" makes it easier to move to the next step.
One small thing at a time, and all that.
Best of luck. We've all been there, and we're all back there more often than we'd wish.

there's a stress busting team challenge on Spark that might help you

it involves starting to learn how to better manage stress and find ways to relieve it (other than eating)

I have gained so much weight just these last few month's and now instead of losing 40lbs I need to lose 50lbs. I am trying not to be stressed out but, not have a good job and can't pay for car repairs I don't know what to do. I try to force myself to workout and eat the right foods but I think about the bad stuff and I workout walking because I don't have a car so that's the only thing that kinda a plus, only the stress is still there at the end of the day and it doesn't seem that I can get any help to even out the situation at least.
