I drink 2 slim fast shakes a day plus 2 or 3 snacks and a balanced dinner. I have lost 20 pounds in 5 weeks. I like the shakes. They are easy for me in the mornings. I have a disabled husband, son and dog. So I make them at work. I'm not allowed to eat at my desk but I can drink what ever I want. Then at lunch I mix up my shake and place in the freezer. Then I use my lunch time to walk around our building a few times. It about the only time I get to exercise. I work full time and go to school full time. Its not for everyone but I get my chocolate fix every day with shakes.
