I seem to be not losing any more. I lost 9 pounds but the scale says I put about half of that back on. I have consistently stayed within the calorie limits recommended, and have consistently done at least ten minutes of exercise a day.I know ten minutes does not sound like much. I have limited mobility and it does hurt to exercise. I now injured myself, have sore muscles from over doing it. Yes ten - twenty minutes a day is overdoing it for me. I need to see a doctor now because of the pain .
Frustrating and feeling hopeless.
