Diet and exercise. Its the most effective way to lose weight and look good. One without the other will not work very well. If you exercise a lot it will not help if you eat a lot of "junk", also if you eat healthy it will not help if you won't exercise. True the two things alone are better than neither but together they are a powerful tool.
