I am assuming that you had a "fill" in your lapband?

Did you have a band done? What did your surgeon/Registered Dietitian suggest? I would be inclined to contact them if you haven't already done so.

My first guess was weight loss surgery as well, but three days sounds incredibly soon to transition to solids, so maybe not?

Adjustment for what? I assume you don't mean chiropractic adjustment.

I got my second adjustment three days ago. I did the liquid first day then soft diet next day , now it is time to eat solid food and I can only eat two to three bites and food feels stuck. I am doing tiny bites well but still happens.! I am going back soft and liquids. That feeling is not a happy place to be.
