I'm no "spring chicken" but I feel my floors are much cleaner when done on hands and knees. I can get into all the nooks and crannies in the room. That reminds me, time to do the bathroom floors before THE BIG GAME starts today. Going to get that done now. Happy cleaning to me, happy cleaning to me, happy cleaning to me! emoticon

Same here, don't even own a mop do it on hands and knees good upper body workout.

My steam mop broke ages ago and I just haven't gotten a new one. I mop on my hangs and knees and my whole house is either tile or hardwood. I mop it once a week. I consider it one day of cardio!

I always count heavy house cleaning as exercise.

If you raise your heart rate then it is most definitely exercise!

yesterday I did housework. Vacuuming, scrubbing floors, cleaning bathrooms and laundry. Not so bad if you listen to your favorite music.

Housecleaning is great exercise! Get two tasks accomplished at once. I like to put on music and boogie while I'm tidying up.

I counted scrubbing my floors on hands and knees as exercise because my heart rate went up, stayed up. I checked it, monitored it and said heck yeah!! this is exercise! LOLLOLLOL!! emoticon
