Sure did you know that your weight fluctuate by as much as 10 lbs in one day? I couldn't believe that when the sports Nutritionalist told me that last year.

Yes. For about two years and I had some lousy doctors, who didn't bother to listen. I think I know what the issue was but it may have finally worked its way out of my system.

Oh yes. I've learned to just weigh one day a week and that's just before I go to my TOPS meeting. If you don't know what that is; it's Take Off Pounds Sensibly. Great group! We have tons of fun and we encourage each other.

Sure all the time! Sometimes I will even be a little heavier after changing nothing. Totally normal and if it affects your mood and will cause you to 'give up' don't weigh yourself every day. There are a LOT of factors that can make your weight fluctuate. Keep that in mind and keep sparking on!!

Yes many times. I no longer weigh every day. There are too many variables. My mood can be affected by the number on the scale.
