I try to eat meals every 5 hours (with snacks 3 hours after each meal). That's just what works for me. :o)

hi my name is vida i found this site and so far love it I've never been good at dieting but this site make it so easy i like to be told what to eat and how to exercise if only this site told me when to eat too but still a very cool site
