I do sometimes buy Morning Star or Boca when they are on sale and they are reasonably tasty. I tried a recipe from Cooking Light for homemade veggie burgers made with black beans and they were great. Completely different taste and texture from the store bought kind, but I enjoyed them quite a bit.

Thanks for posting the ingredients. They sound really good, but large amounts of soy and tofu make me break out in hives. :-(

In case you are interested, homemade bb burgers are extremely easy and frugal (can make and freeze 10 patties in about 10 minutes for less than two dollars easily).

at Costco and they were so yummy I bought a pack. I am a certified carnivore!!! Even my teenage son liked them. 17g protein a burger, 210 calories, perfect for helping hit the daily protein goal which I find challenging unless I eat cottage cheese each morning.
