If you just had a baby...track your food, everything. Cut out any non-nutrient foods like soda, candy, cookies, chips. Try and get 2-3 servings of fruit and 3 cups of fresh veggies a day. You need every vitamin you can get! Try and eat something every 2 hours-small amounts like a yogurt and an apple, cheese stick and a couple pieces of lunchmeat, small amount of peanut butter on a piece of whole wheat toast . sleep when your baby sleeps if he still gets up all night, that means some naps during the day! Push a stroller outside for some fresh air 30 minutes a day, if possible. Helps keep the baby blues at bay. Maybe use some of the free spark work out videos and start with the ten minute a day ones.
