i've been working out for a few weeks now, and i think i'm too "comfortable" with my workouts. i want to step it up, but i don't want to wear myself out to the point where i wouldn't want to do it again. i usually start with 2 miles running on the treadmill, then i immediatly do crunches and side bends with weights. i started to see results right away but now i think my body has adjusted to the workout. if anyone has any ideas, or if a certain exercise works for you please let me know!!
