I am back again to get some motivation and inspiration from fellow sparks. Which I have been lacking the in the last months or so. I love reading the blogs and I love to see the progress of others and I am happy for them and I want to be one of them, so this is my first step.....logging and checking in...and being accountable.
I'm in the same boat. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago and the last 6 months have had a lack of motivation. I need to drop around 15 lbs and thought I would come back to Spark because it's such a great tool! I hope I can get back to where I was again! I just need motivation more than anything and that is why I like that site. I hope to get the motivation I have lost! Good luck to you and I hope we both succeed!!

Welcome back! You can do it! I just really started tracking everything I'm eating and was surprised at how many calories it actually added up to! You can do it!!!

Ok, so I am revisiting Sparkpeople after a very long time away. I want to try this again starting Monday Jan 7th and try to make it to my journey as best as I can. I will need all the help I can get. Life is very busy and finding the time to do just about anything is difficult.
