Is there a board for other Medifast people, go there and ask others to see what they did, and if it worked out for them.

Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.

are you saying that you lost 123 pounds in a little over a month? or is that a typo. does your medifast counselor have ideas for you.

All the so called "secrets of success"will not work ... unless you do.

I have been on the 5/1 medifast plan since 5/1/13 and have lost 123 lbs and still have 5 lbs. to go. My question is : I want to start coming off of the medifast foods but I want to try and find substitutes that I can purchase at local stores. The cost is finally getting to me and I want to try alternatives. Does anyone have any suggestions?
