You should really consume the amount of fat that SparkPeople recommends for you. Our bodies need a certain amount each day in order to function properly. You should consume between 27 & 60 grams of fat per day, or at least that's what my tracker says.

Having trouble with the amount of fat in food. I am trying to stay at 20 g a day, but I am struggling. Anyone else notice how much fat grams they are eating?
