You don't have to do that if you stay in your Spark range. You're still creating a calorie deficit even on days you don't work out because you are eating less than what you would need to maintain your weight.

so no, you don't need to reduce calories further on non-workout days.

Are you or should you reduce calories on days you dont work out? For whatever reason, your scheduled day off, sick in bed, PMS days, whatever, do you still eat the same?
