agree with LauraAT: find veggies you can eat and sub away! zucchini/squash can add some color too, carrots could replace the crunch.

Just substitute the peppers for a veggie you do like, depending on the recipe. Or, if the recipe already has other veggies, just double up on those and omit the peppers.

I think they are so pretty and make the dish look delicious....but they are too expensive for me

Try There are TONS of recipes that do not have peppers in them.

I was wondering if there are any recipes out there that do not contain any kind of peppers in it. My stomach cannot tolerate them. Nor can it tolerate any hot spices. I don't need bland but something with a little bit of flavor. Does anyone know where I can find them?
