I'm not sure if gluten free diets can lower high blood pressure. But, reducing sodium can, so if you haven't already, you might want to add sodium to your food tracker. From the main page, sparkpeople.com, click on "track my food"...then click on "add more nutrients"...then click "add another nutrient to track"...then select sodium from the drop down list, click "add." After you've done this, when you go back to "track my food," you can view your sodium levels by clicking on "see today's full report"

Hi ~ Welcome to SparkPeople. I find that interacting with other Sparks is really the best way to stay motivated and on-track. Taking advantage of the educational aspects of SP is also key to weight loss goal success. Come back to the message boards and read blogs to find people that you feel like you would like to "friend" These folks will help you attain your goals.
Know that through using SparkPeople to it's fullest potential will help you more successfully attain your goals. Come up with a BIG reward (like mine is a cruise) to help you stay focused and successful in maintaining your new healthy lifestyle. And look at this as a change in your lifestyle, not just another diet.
Don't know about the guten free solution to high blood pressure, but reduction in weight will help it along with exercise everyday. Studies have shown that even a little exercise goes a long way at reducing blood pressure.

I'm still moving but not going anywhere I am to the point I need some help from somewhere. I need some change if anybody has any ideas please share them with me. What makes the wheel go round and round. I'll and consider all suggestions and reply. This time I want this process to work. I recently was told that blood pressure can be reduced by diet alone if it is a gluten free diet any comments.
