Just as I posted in your other thread, there could be variances in the food items/brands of food that were used in the calculations.

I would go by what you enter, using the specific food items that you use.

My question for all do you trust the calculator, because I have a lot of cookbooks that don't have the nutritional info so I need to be accurate for my ww points. I have a book now that doesn't have protein listed -it was written in England and when I used the calculator it gave me different numbers.
