Yes, when you are in the "add an ingredient" window, there is a link to click on to "enter a food not listed" link. You can use that to enter a food item not listed or with more specific details.
Because i have a wheat allergy, I often use gluten free or spelt products -- i.e. spelt tortillas -- which have different nutrition facts than any listed on the calculator. Is there a way to input new products on the calculator?
