Use SparkRecipes.

Put your cursor over the "articles and videos" tab up above, and then click on SparkRecipes.com. At the top of that page you will see tabs like "Browse recipes," "Recipe calculator," "Cooking Tips and Articles," etc. Click on "Recipe Calculator." You can then add in the full ingredients by clicking on "add ingredient." A popup window shows up and you search and add each ingredient. Then you choose how many servings it makes- so the protein balls would be however many balls the recipe makes. Then you can see the nutrition breakdown for each protein ball. You can save the recipe and add the balls on the nutrition tracker directly from SparkRecipes.

Hope that helps!
