Welcome! I think it's great that you're taking things one day at a time. Every day is truly a new day and a clean slate. I have set my mind to it! This is my new lifestyle. Planning meals a.d exercise.Most I importantly I am sticking to it one day at a time. I still dissappoint myself daily but I have been trying. Tto pick myself up and remember everydayclean slate.
