Crystal Lite used to be the only way I would drink water. Over time I've weaned myself off of it and now I guzzle water 24/7. My advice would be to try and do what I did; that way a year from now you won't be spending money on the crystal lite/wylers and you won't be pumping all that fake product into your body.

I wasn't always a water drinker, but I do not "do" artificial sweeteners of any kind so I can't (won't) use any of the packets...they all have either sucralose, aspartame, acesulfme K, etc. Bleh. So I just guzzle the stuff plain :) I have found that I MUCH prefer room temperature water to cold...but that's just me.
I think fresh & clear is best but, I also think as long as you're getting water, that's what counts.
Second and LAST go round on the weight loss wheel! I am going to consume a healthy diet, stay fit and maintain my weight!
Mini Goals: *Not to waste my Groupon for 10 fitness classes at a local gym
*To take advantage of a free 7-day membership for a different gym once my kids go back to school next week
*Weigh 170 lbs by Valentine's Day
*Weigh 164 by Spring Break (when I visit family & my new nephew!!)

I wont contradict the ecpert, but my doc doesnt let me count anything with flavor except plain lemon. HOWEVER, she says if thats what someone has to do to get it down do it...just try to limit the additives. My feeling is...if you are getting the water in thats whats important!! Heck it mixes with whatever we have eaten anyhow!!
