Search for recipes of "quinoa pizza balls" --- they are simple to make and very delicious!
Another way I like it is in place of rice. Cook as you would rice, 1 cup quinoa to 2 cups of water. Season: italian herbs, bay leaf, cumin, black pepper, a bit of granulated garlic, and tumeric. Bring to a boil, then turn to low and let cook for 20-40 minutes. DELICIOUS!!!

I usually have it as the main part of the meal and add veggies to it while it's cooking, sometimes I add canned salmon to it too.

Generally use it in place of rice or other grain. Instead of corn, eat some quinoa. Instead of curry chicken with rice, have curry chicken with quinoa. Stuff like that.

How do I add quinoa to my diet plan. has lots of proein but alot of calories. need some ways to sneak in to food. anyone have some advice?
