You could pre-make some homemade mcmuffin type sammies and then just warm up.

1. hard boiled egg with a piece of fruit
2. bagel and cheese
3. yogurt and granola
4. toast and peanut butter
5. muffin and spread [nut butter, cheese, hummus, etc].
6. cold salad [grain or vegetable based]
7. soup [heat and eat].

Out the door quick - banana and yogurt or granola bar

Make quick and sit down and eat - Cereal with fruit or oatmeal with fruit.

How quick and how easy?
1. Going out the door? Whole grain waffle with peanut butter and a banana to peel and eat.
2. A little bit of time? How about dinner left overs.
