i love chicken quesadillas. Use whole wheat tortilla shell. Low fat or fat free cheese salsa instead of sour cream and cook chicken night before. I heat mine up in the miccowave.i also use fat free miracle whip to make the sauce the whole meal cost me like 330 calories and its really filling

My office is not close to anything to order out (which is good) so I pack my lunch everyday but I am getting tired of the same old sandwhich and chips thing. Does anyone have some good and HEALTHY lunch recipes? My only limitation is I can't have nuts :(
