Measuring calories burned is a fairly inexact science at the best of times, and there is some inherent inaccuracy in any calorie estimate.

If you are within 100 calories (either way) of your weekly target, I'd say you had pretty much hit your target.

I'm not really sure what your question is. Your calories burned goal is something you set yourself; you determine how much to burn. If you burn more than you're "supposed" to, you bump up your goal to accommodate the activity you're doing. If you aren't burning enough to meet it, you push your goal back.

Ok I have a question a new week should start tomorrow Sundays. so should we just barley run out of calories burned or should we just a few left on our board? I have 60 left as I have had to up them to keep up with my workouts.
