I did what the PP does. I added them to my favorites and just click on them. I actually added them all in one grouping since I take the same ones every day.

just enter your vitamin as a food, then enter it into your tracker the same way you would a cup of milk or anything from your favorites.

Hey!

Does anyone know if sparkpeople has a place to enter in vitamins?

OR do I have to track it on a day to day basis instead of it already being in there?
