It does turn out to be my diet. I had no idea. I thought i was doing okay, but not great. I am starting today on more fruits and veggies. I appreciate you pointing that out to me.

Ummm. You need to sort out your diet. I just looked at your food tracker for the last three days. The highest cal intake was 1300 for one day and the lowest was 700 and most of your calories came from junk food. Go to the nutrition forum and there are tons of thread on healthy breakfast and lunch ideas.
Ditch the crappy food and fizzy drinks. Add some fruit, veg, and whole grains and you will feel better.
