It does turn out to be my diet. I had no idea. I thought i was doing okay, but not great. I am starting today on more fruits and veggies. I appreciate you pointing that out to me.

Have you ever felt like when your out in public & your asked you feel ok? & all can think of when you answer you sure you want an answer? & you want to ask " Can I drop DEAD right here?" That's how I feel & will answer when asked.

...then make sure the sleep you are getting is good quality sleep. Do you snore?

Ummm. You need to sort out your diet. I just looked at your food tracker for the last three days. The highest cal intake was 1300 for one day and the lowest was 700 and most of your calories came from junk food. Go to the nutrition forum and there are tons of thread on healthy breakfast and lunch ideas.

Ditch the crappy food and fizzy drinks. Add some fruit, veg, and whole grains and you will feel better.

I have been so tired lately that I almost can not function. I have tried to get plenty of sleep, but I am still so tired. Does anyone have any tips so I can boost up my energy a little bit?
