I like the lean shakes by gnc and I like chocolate and you can get it cheaper at Sams club, at the store it's like 35 dollars or more and Sams it's 23 dollars, now that I can swallow hahahaha I mix mine in the ninja with ice and it's like a frosty from Wendys yummmmm

Starting to like the new me!

I just drank the lean shake 25 vanilla.
Mixed with almond milk
Tastes like raw cake batter.
able to choke it down.

Olympian labs vanilla/chocolate is easier to drink.
But only when mixed with Trader Joes' vanilla almond milk (refrigerated section...not shelf)
I was able to lose weight.

Tried shakeology chocolate...yuk.
also almond milk
but able to choke it down

Tried shakeology strawberry...exceptionally good
enjoyable drink
also used almond milk
son-in-law has lost 25 lbs so far on shakeology

Lean shake also has a strawberry,
will try that next....

shakeology strawberry has the best flavor
and best nutrition
but also the highest cost.
when I consider what I pay for enzymes and probiotics.
Then shakeology is not such a bad price.
But it is double what I am used to paying.
$4 per shake.
I guess it is worth $4 for the strawberry because that actually tastes good.
but it still feels like a lot of money...
and yes I know an ice cream shake would cost as much.
