They are weekly trackers and the nutrition tracker includes your calorie range at the top of the page. I find it helpful to print out several weeks worth and do my data entry at the end of the day or during the weekend when I have a bit more time.

You can print out the trackers you've completed, but we don't have blank trackers to download.

i was wondering if there was any printable forms to use throughout the day to track then enter when you have the time
