You can also buy a really inexpensive food journal at any bookstore, then add to your SP tracker later.

The printable nutrition and fitness trackers can be found here www.sparkpeople.com/resource/printable.asp

They are weekly trackers and the nutrition tracker includes your calorie range at the top of the page. I find it helpful to print out several weeks worth and do my data entry at the end of the day or during the weekend when I have a bit more time.

You can print out the trackers you've completed, but we don't have blank trackers to download.
