I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too! I am 57 years old.

Hi, I am 52 and for the last 2 years was at a feel-good weight of 115. I felt great, had energy, no tummy, even though I am hypothyroid. Suddenly, at 52 all things change. 7lbs heavier - definitely not a big number, but it feels SO SO different. Gained in 1 year. I was 115 last April. Thighs bigger, tummy... even my hair is different. In a nutshell I feel suddenly matronly and unattractive. M husband thinks I am crazy. Wants me to gain weight, not lose. I think he is crazy! I can't seem to lose an ounce. I try to jog but I am just wiped out. good grief! 7lbs seems like 20!! I am even trying Amberen to help with weight loss (and the moodiness) though I am not going thru menapause. so, since my daughter is on Sparks I thought I would check it out as well.
